Given the developments in California with Covid-19, it is impossible for the San Diego Mission Bay Resort to host the 2020 Annual Clinical Assembly. No one could have foreseen the circumstances which have led to this impossibility; however, for the protection of the community of California and for the safety of our members the Board of Directors recommends our membership, our speakers, our exhibitors, our staff and our leadership obey their State’s health recommendations and the travel bans their employers have in place.

Due to the impossibility of holding the in-person conference, the Board has approved the following refund policy: If you have already registered as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor, a full refund will be issued on May 4th, 2020, unless you choose to donate a portion of or the entire registration fee to the Foundation. An electronic refund form will be emailed to you and posted on our website. The refund form must be filled out and submitted as instructed. All refunds will be delivered via “PAPER CHECK” mailed to the address you specify on the electronic refund form. To apply for your refund please click HERE.

If you booked a room at the San Diego Mission Bay Resort please call (619) 275-8516 and leave a message which includes your full name, confirmation number, dates of your stay, and a phone number the venue can reach you. If AOCOO-HNS booked your room, you do not have to do anything. Please remember to reach out to the airline and any other entity you made reservations to let them know it is impossible for you to attend the conference.

Lastly, there will be NO virtual meeting or on demand education offered. Please consult your State Licensing Boards and ask them if they will be waiving CME requirements for 2020 because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
