Come Join Us for our 2018 Motown Midyear Medical Symposium

The Business of Medicine

September 8th - 9th, 2018, at the Westin Detroit Metropolitan Airport

 

The two (2) day event begins at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 8th and ends at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 9th, 2018. Featuring topics on contracts and negotiations, legal concerns, malpractice threats, reputation management—what people say about them online—managing and dealing with staff and colleagues.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology. The ACGME is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The ACGME designates this live educational activity for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credits commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This event has been approved by the AOACCOME and the AOBOO for 15 AOA 1-A CME Credits.

Join us Saturday evening for the Motown Get Down Dr. Dubin Dinner and Live Music featuring the DETROIT SOUL REVUE. Spouses & Guests are welcome ($50 per spouse/guest).

3rd Annual Scientific Seminar

A chance to listen to or present to your peers with short structured presentations in Ophtho and ENT at a National Meeting. A great way to gain scholarly activity.  Note:  Participants for the scientific seminar must register in order to submit an abstract.

2nd Annual Scientific Paper Writing Course

Learn from experts how to create a publishable scientific paper and get it started with the help of the experts.
